Softdevice developed various display controls of the central dashboard panel, such as the speed and energy indicator and the additional cockpit instruments. Additionally a custom internal and external illumination system was implemented that allowed a direct link with the vehicle’s ECU. Production of the real size prototype was happening in parallel to the simulation and testing of the lighting-system, conducted on a scale-model.
